If you are having trouble logging into the RACQ eGift Cards Portal, it could be due to one of three reasons:
- You have not yet registered.
- You have forgotten your password or have mistyped it.
- You have entered the wrong username.
Please check you are using the details registered to your account.
If you have forgotten your password, simply click the 'Forgot Password' button located on top of the password field on the login page and a reset password link will be sent to the email address provided when you registered.
